It was a pleasure to attend and participate in a transformative Game Development workshop, held in Muscat, Oman, organized by Omantel, alongside Unity. Game developers and attendees from around the GCC region were able to take part in an interactive session, creating projects of their own using the Unity software.
This occasion offered a platform for individuals to engage in an immersive exploration of game creation using the Unity platform and 3IXAM software, drawing together a diverse assembly of developers and 3D design enthusiasts.
3IXAM are extremely pleased to have presented at the event, joining Unity, where the team introduced various 3D modelling components through a live presentation, followed by a character creation software tutorial. The team introduced the user face before demonstrating a variety of modelling, creation, and sculpting tools available to enhance designs, before attendees had a go at modelling on the 3IXAM software for themselves.
They also learned about the software’s realistic texturizing, bringing imaginative designs into accurate, lifelike realisms, as well as how to render and export their designs, imparting an invaluable skill set crucial for their developmental journey. It was inspiring to see such eagerness amongst the audience, coming together to level up in their game development career, no matter what stage they were currently at.
It was great to be back in Oman, one of the best hosts in the GCC region. The event had a great turn out with an extremely high 95% attendance rate, a testament to the event's significance. Thank you to the organisers, hosts, and enthusiastic attendees who had a myriad of eager questions at the end of each day at the event. Omanis really are game!

It was great to share a final moment, discussing the success of the event, and future endeavours within the region, whilst enjoying the very tasty (and filling) local Omani food!
