3IXAM LAUNCH CONTEST Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all users of 3IXAM.
2. Entry Period and Results: The contest starts on 15 July 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023 (“Entry Period”) and the Results will be announced on 01 February 2024.
3. How to Enter: Participants in nomination “Best Debug” can enter the contest by using 3IXAM 3D Editor downloaded from the Apple macOS App Store and sharing Debugs found to via [email protected] or in our Official Discord server (3IXAM Official), specifically in the “Support” channel under “bug-reports”.
Participants in nomination “Best Animation” can enter the contest by using 3IXAM 3D Editor downloaded from the Apple macOS App Store and by sharing their animations created in 3IXAM 3D Editor to one or more of the eligible Social Media platforms mentioning the 3IXAM account and including all the following hashtags: #3ixam, #3ixamanimation, #madein3ixam, #playwork.
Participants in nomination “Best Render” can enter the contest by using 3IXAM 3D Editor downloaded from the Apple macOS App Store and by sharing their renders created in 3IXAM 3D Editor to one or more of the eligible Social Media platforms mentioning the 3IXAM account and including all the following hashtags: #3ixam, #3ixamrender, #madein3ixam, #playwork.
Participants in nomination “Best Experience” can enter the contest by using 3IXAM 3D Editor downloaded from the Apple macOS App Store and by sharing their experiences of how 3IXAM 3D Editor has helped you in various aspects such as university, work, etc. to one or more of the eligible Social Media platforms mentioning the 3IXAM account and including all the following hashtags: #3ixam, #3ixamexperience, #madein3ixam, #playwork.
Participants in nomination “Best Render” can enter the contest by using 3IXAM 3D Editor downloaded from the Apple macOS App Store and by sharing their AR created in 3IXAM 3D Editor to one or more of the eligible Social Media platforms mentioning the 3IXAM account and including all the following hashtags: #3ixam, #3ixamAR, #madein3ixam, #playwork.
Everyone who installed 3IXAM 3D Editor within Entry Period are eligible to take a chance in getting one of the 10 random prizes and receive a 25% discount on the Pro version yearly subscription for their first year.
Eligible Social Media platforms: Instagram (@3i.xam), Discord (3IXAM Official), Tik Tok (@3i.xam), X (@3_ixam), Threads (@3i.xam).
4. Prizes: The total prize pool is valued at 120,000 USD and shared between 5 nominations and 10 random prizes. Each user can win a maximum of two prizes.
Nominations Prizes (according to places):
1st place: MacBook Pro 16
2nd place: MacBook Pro 14
3rd place: MacBook Air 15
4th-5th places: MacBook Air 13 M2
6th-8th places: iPad Pro 12.9
9th-10th places: iPad Pro 11
11th-50th places: 50% discount on the Pro version yearly subscription for their first year.
Random Prizes (10 winners): iPhone 14 Pro or later.
Special Offer: All 3IXAM users who installed the software within the Entry Period will receive a one-time 25% discount on the Pro version yearly subscription for their first year.
5. Winner Selection: In nomination “Best Debug” winners will be selected based on the number of Debugs that they submitted, the more debugs the higher the place. In nominations “Best Animation”, “Best Render”, “Best Experience”, “Best AR” winners will be selected based on the content submitted in one of the eligible Social Media platforms, dedicated judges from 3IXAM will select the best submissions. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Notification: Winners will be notified via email or via direct message in one of the eligible social media platforms within 21 days of the day of announcement of Results. If winners do not respond within 21 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Disclaimer: Apple is not a sponsor or involved in the activity of the contest in any manner. Neither is Apple liable for any alleged or actual claims related to this contest. 3IXAM SOFTWARE LLC-FZ is a sole sponsor of this contest.
8. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.
9. User-Generated Content: By participating, contestants grant 3IXAM the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish any submitted content for promotional purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless 3IXAM and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.
